Gym and Health Club
The Uluwatu
Gym and Health Club specialises in massages, a common practice to
most Balinese.. The strong tradition in giving and receiving massages
on the island has given the Balinese a natural tactile instinct
which is highly sensitive to the human body. Even without the working
knowledge of anatomy or sciences, they have an amazing ability to
detect tissue soreness and manipulate muscles in what can only be
described as an innate ability passed down through the years.

gymnasium is spacious and equipped with top end, state-of-the-art
equipment. Fully air-conditioned, it includes treadmills,
fitness bicycles, a rowing machine, steppers, free weights
and a variety of sophisticated Nautilus exercise equipment.
Most days there are aerobics, low-impact or stretching
classes led by our trainer at the Gym. We also provide
a personal trainer for individual, customised one-to-one
sessions. Fresh fruit and cool water is provided free
of charge at the Gym. |
